Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant.

Note: We refund the cost of the item(s) alone when approved. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Route also does not pay customs/duty fees.

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees! You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items.

The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Additional items not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed.

SALE, FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
