ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Please refer to your selected shipping + processing method chosen when placing your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your order. Your order status will appear "Unfulfilled" until it has shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the history of your orders + current status by logging into your account.

We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed + shipped as quickly as possible.

If your order status is 'Unfulfilled' - we may be able to make adjustments to your shipping address or process a cancelation dependent on the fulfillment stage of your order. Please send our Customer Care team an email to info@dine-n-dance.com if your order requires a change. 

If your order status is ‘Fulfilled' - then unfortunately we are NOT able to make any changes as the order has already left our warehouse.

Dine n Dance accepts Amex, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Visa.

All prices are displayed in USD. If shopping Internationally, please take into consideration the price conversion from USD to your country's currency because the price listed at checkout may differ from your bank statement.

NOTE - Orders CANNOT be canceled after they are placed as payment is processed automatically!

You are able to use only ONE promotional code per order in addition to any E-Gift Card / Store Credit codes. Dine n Dance is NOT responsible if the promotional code is not entered at checkout and it cannot be retroactively applied. Payment is processed automatically.

When checkout out - we advise that you enter the E-Gift Card code first and then enter the promotional code. Please note, the Order Confirmation email and invoice you receive will only reflect the order total and not the method of payment breakdown.

Note - Promotional Codes are only available for online purchases and for limited times.

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties for International Orders: We do not control any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and Duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If Taxes and Duties are placed on your package by officials, these fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you would be charged Taxes and Duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by border agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.

RETURN POLICY & CENTER

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees! You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping.

Store credit never expires. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Additional items not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed.

SALE, FINAL SALE AND FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses, and PO Box Addresses, so please send your Return to our Las Vegas warehouse:

Include your Invoice + Eligible Items in the Return Package and obtain tracking for your records. Once the return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days for ou team to process, then we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit. We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.

Fill in the returns/exchange questionnaire and wait to. hear back from us. Once your return or exchange has been approved you will be sent a return to sender label.

Ship your return to us. Be sure to include your packing slip matching the items you are returning.

Makes sure items still have tags on and are in the same condition as received. Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.

Please visit our Returns Center on our Website to begin your Exchange:

Once you enter your email address in our returns Center, a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Exchange.

Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped. 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!

Please note- Preorder shipment dates are estimated and are subject to change at any time.

Once shipped, we will email you with tracking!

- Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.


- Pre ordering is voluntary, and if at any time you would like to cancel your pre order for a full refund to the method of payment, please do so before the shipment announcement on our website. 


- If you need to cancel your Preorder or update in any way, please email us at info@dine-n-dance.com.


- If you are ordering a pre order item with an in-stock item, you will only be charged shipping once. We will not charge you again once your preorders, you have 21 days from the day you received the order - not the date on the original invoice as this is the order date.


- The date listed on the pre order page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer, and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update, then we do not have further details at this time.


- We do our very best to communicate all details for pre orders on the product page as there are usually hundreds of orders for each style, and it is not possible to contact everyone individually.


-Our pre order Items are best-selling pieces that have previously been In stock and sold out multiple times.


- Pre orders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks, depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity, and item details.

Note - If you need assistance selecting a size - we suggest checking the measurements on the individual product page for the specific item you are interested in as our stylists ensure to hand measure each size. Below are our general size charts for clothing. We carry a wide variety of brands and styles; therefore, sizing can vary depending on the fabric and style of the garment.
